Terms of Use

These Terms of Use work together with the Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using Edu Video Uploader ("the tool"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.

2. What the tool does

Edu Video Uploader is an internal tool that uploads the educational videos made by Crafted Life to Crafted Life's own accounts: the YouTube channels Thử Hình Dung (@ThuHinhDung) and Picture This Facts (@PictureThisFacts), the Facebook Pages facebook.com/ThuHinhDung and facebook.com/PictureThisFacts, and the TikTok account @picturethisfacts.

3. Who can use the tool

Only members of the Crafted Life team whom we have authorized may use the tool. It is not offered to the public, and it must not be used to connect or upload to accounts that do not belong to Crafted Life.

4. Platform terms

The tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the tool, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Uploads to Facebook and TikTok are also subject to the Meta Terms of Service and the TikTok Terms of Service, and to each platform's community guidelines.

5. Content

Only upload content that Crafted Life owns or has the rights to publish, and that follows each platform's rules. You are responsible for checking a video, its title, description and thumbnail before it is uploaded.

6. Access and credentials

Keep the tool's tokens and credentials private and on your own computer. Do not share them or commit them to source control. If you think they have been exposed, revoke the tool's access as described in the Privacy Policy and tell the team.

7. No warranty

The tool is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that a platform will accept or keep a given upload.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the tool.

9. Changes to the tool and these terms

We may change or stop the tool at any time, and update these terms as it evolves. The version published on this page is the one in effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
