Terms of Use

These Terms of Use work together with the Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Sponty, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What Sponty does

Sponty suggests short experiences near you that fit the next few hours -- cafés, music, art, workshops, wellness, tours and more -- and lets you save and book them. Experiences are run by the venues and organisers shown in the app, not by Sponty, unless the app says otherwise.

3. Who can use Sponty

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or book. Some experiences, for example at bars, may have their own age requirements set by the venue or by law.

4. Accounts

You can browse without an account. Booking may require one: you create it with your email address and a password and verify your email with a one-time code. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what is done with your account. Give accurate information and keep your email address up to date, because we send booking confirmations there.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time; see Delete your Sponty account.

5. Information about experiences

Descriptions, photos, prices, times, availability and distances come from venues, organisers and other sources, and can change. We try to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee it. Check the details in the app before you go, and follow the venue's own rules on site.

6. Bookings and payments

• Price. The price, fees and any discount are calculated by our server and shown before you confirm. The amount confirmed in the app is what you pay.
• Holding seats. When you start a booking, seats are held for you for a limited time. If you do not complete payment in that time, the hold ends and the seats are released.
• Payment. Payment is processed by a payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details. A booking is confirmed only when the payment provider confirms the payment.
• Promotions. Promotion codes are subject to the conditions shown with them and may be withdrawn or limited at any time.
• Cancelling. You can cancel a booking that is still waiting for payment in My tickets.
• Refunds. For a refund on a paid booking, or if an experience is cancelled by the venue or organiser, contact us at support@craftedlife.app and we will help.

7. Your safety

You take part in experiences at your own choice and risk. Use common sense, follow the venue's safety instructions, and drink responsibly where alcohol is served. Directions in Google Maps are a guide only; follow traffic rules and local signs.

8. Location and notifications

Sponty works best with access to your location while the app is open; it does not use your location in the background. Notifications tell you about your bookings. You can turn off location access or notifications in your phone settings; related features may then not work as expected.

9. Prohibited use

You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass the app's security, booking or payment checks; make bookings you do not intend to use to block seats; abuse promotion codes; scrape the app's content; attack or overload our servers; or use the app in any way that violates applicable law.

10. No warranty

Sponty is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that a particular experience will be available or meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, or from an experience run by a venue or organiser. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

12. Changes to the service

We may add, change, or remove features, cities or experiences, or discontinue the app, at any time.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. The version published on this page is the one in effect.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where App Store or Google Play policies require otherwise for distribution on those platforms.
