Terms of Use

These Terms of Use work together with the Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing or playing Mochi Dash ("the game"), published by Crafted Life ("we"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

2. Licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game, its levels, artwork, music and code belong to us or our licensors; these terms do not give you any ownership of them.

If you downloaded the game from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If these terms and Apple's agreement conflict, these terms apply as far as Apple allows.

3. Ads

The game is free to play and is supported by ads, including rewarded videos that you can choose to watch for an in-game reward. Rewards depend on an ad being available and fully watched. Ads are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for the websites and apps they lead to. Your choices about personalised ads are described in the Privacy Policy.

4. In-app purchases and virtual items

The game offers optional in-app purchases: candy and power-up packs and a one-time “Remove ads” purchase.

• Payment. Purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store under their terms. The price is shown in the store's purchase dialog before you confirm.
• Virtual items. Coins, boosters, characters and other virtual items are a limited licence to use them in the game. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another player or game.
• Progress on your device. Virtual items you have bought or earned are stored on your device together with your progress. If you uninstall the game, clear its data or change devices, they may be lost, except purchases that the store lets you restore, such as the one-time “Remove ads” purchase, which you can restore on a device signed in to the same Google Play or Apple account.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their refund policies. Except where the law says otherwise, purchases of virtual items that have been delivered and used are not refundable.

5. Fair play

You must not cheat, hack, modify or reverse engineer the game; use bots, scripts or modified versions of the game; exploit bugs to gain an advantage; manipulate ads or rewards (for example with fake clicks); interfere with our services or other players; or use the game in a way that breaks the law. We may stop your access to features such as rewards or the leaderboard if you do.

Leaderboard nicknames. Your nickname is shown to every player on the global leaderboard. Do not use a nickname that is offensive, hateful or sexual, that impersonates someone else, that contains personal information such as a real full name, phone number or address, or that advertises something. We may change or remove nicknames and scores that break these rules or that we believe were achieved by cheating, without notice.

6. Internet connection

Some features, such as ads, rewards, the leaderboard and purchases, need an internet connection. Your mobile operator's data charges may apply.

7. Changes to the game

We may update the game, change or remove levels, features, items, prices or rewards, or stop offering the game, at any time. We try to keep your progress when we update the game, but cannot guarantee it.

8. No warranty

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions, that ads or rewards will always be available, or that your progress will never be lost.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of progress or virtual items, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the game evolves. The version published on this page is the one in effect; continuing to play after an update means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where App Store or Google Play policies, or the consumer protection law of your country, require otherwise.
